-expectations
Upon beginning a design project, we ask that you fill out a brief design questionnaire that will help us better understand your brand, product, and visual preferences to ensure we provide you with an end result that you'll love.
In addition to this questionnaire, we ask that you upload as many relevant brand/product assets as possible. The more we have to work with, the better the end product. Assets may include logos, photos, white-box images, fonts, brand guidelines and videos.

We believe the value of communication can't be understated and we seek to fit your communication methods as best as we can.
Our team works Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm (EST) and will typically respond within the hour of your message if not sooner.
We're happy to communicate through whatever platform works best for you including: Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, & Text.
For calls, we're happy to meet through Google Meets, Zoom, or any other platform you'd like.
a project timeline is considered active after completion of the design questionnaire and upload of creative assets.
general timelines (up to 3 business days)
unless otherwise stated, you will receive first delivery of your creative service within 3 business days or less after a project enters active status.
extended timelines (up to 5 business days)
some content types require more time and effort to achieve our quality standards. You'll receive first delivery of premium and standard a+ within 5 business days or less after a project enters active status.
revision timelines
it's amazing when we hit the mark first try, but that's not always the case. after first delivery feedback, you can typically expect the next round of delivery within 2 business days.

minor revisions: revised copy, swapped photography, font/color changes, etc.
major revision: different design direction, complete image rework, substantial content additions, etc.
We're typically generous with our variations, and will make most small adjustments for free. However, additional or unreasonable revisions beyond the scope of your service as stated may be declined or require further billing.
-late or failed payment
Payments are due on receipt of invoice with a 3-day grace period. Any payments made outside of that may be subject to a late fee of 1% of the invoice total per day.
If payment is not received within 5-days, any active work will be suspended until proper payment is made in full.

we do not offer refunds for our services. if you are unsure if a service is right for you, please contact our team so we can make sure you'll be satisfied.
